Phone them to arrange appointment to go and see the car.I have ask there staff on the phone if the car has reclaiming seats on the back.
I came a cross with very arrogant member of staff which was telling me wrong things and he didnt know the car at all. He than told me that what I was telling him is not true. In the end another brunch conformed to me that I was write. Ask to speak to management I was told he is in the meeting all the time.
This is before you give them the money.In my opinion if they speak to there clientele in this way they will just have less sale.
