i have just bought a mercedes e 250 convertable from big motoring in addington i am delighted with the car, but equally important was the help and demeanour of the sales team,. i was fortunate to have the assistance of MR JOEL ST-MART , He was thorough helpful, knowledgable and patient.I was not feeling very well at the time and must have tried his patience .I cant speak for all of the sales teams but this gentleman is certainly a cut... I had read the various reviews online and was cautious initially. Upon arrival we were greeted, offered tea & coffee and water for the dog!our salesman (Andrew) was extremely helpful, letting us into a number of vehicles as we ummed and arghd. When we eventually narrowed our choice to 2 cars we were allowed to test drive them on our own with no salesman giving hard sell (they even said the dog could go with us if we wanted). We bought a C... Read more

Went to purchase a Mercedes (less than 3 yr old) after viewing online today. Found out that car had no service history for the last two years which meant the car had no manufacturer cover even though the salesman insisted that it was covered. I had to phone Mercedes in the salesroom to confirm and inform them to prove the car wasn't covered. He said not to worry as I could purchase a warranty form them for £1,595. Salesman was full of it.... Read more

Beware they dont try to *** you out of more money!!!! Paid my deposit on BMW this morning and confirmed details, when I went to collect they tried charging me another £1000 despite me having a picture of the car with the price they originally quoted. There was no apology and I couldn't even speak to a manager . No customer care but be sure to check your payment before it goes through. DON'T GO THERE!!! Read more

On the 10th of July we broke down on the M3, as luck would have it we have full AA relay and ended up with our merc. on the back of a truck back home to Dartford. My husband had phoned the big motoring world at Snodland spoke to a receptionist lady who said yes it can be left here on a Sunday, and my husband took it to be that it was now going to be fixed by these people. We also understood that this would not be a 5 minute job. It was 3/4 days... Read more

I bought a car here and when driving home realised it had 2 chips in the windscreen on passenger side. I was never made aware of this and was told that scratches etc would all be dealt with. It was impossible to get through to after sales team and when I did I was told to go through my insurer to get it fixed by a rude woman. Won't be recommending awful service.

I bought a BMW X3 after sales team agreed to replace worn rear tyre. On collection I was asked to do the paperwork and pay before car brought to showroom. I was then kept waiting for 4 hours (with two children) and then car arrived fitted with two very cheap rear tyres not matching front tyres. I have tried to get them to replace the tyres as you can't have mismatched tyres on this car. I can't get a response to my complaint nor will... Read more
